It's up to your trainer that he coordinates these moves. Fight Fit is ideal for weight reduction, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness.



5. Dance Fit: - Dancing healthy contains activities that are done by high professional dancers to produce high intensity body cardio work out that is complete and to make their body nicely toned. Dance appropriate tasks are mainly done to improve flexibility and body stamina.



6. Boot Camp: - Boot camp is an extremely intense cardio exercise that makes your body in shape but also increases your mental ability that you get prepared for each and every hurdle of physical action. It's great for getting results quickly and a supporting class.



7. Stretch Out: - Stretch out is primarily made to increase your range of motions through your joints. The muscles which are overused during the exercise are balanced by the stretch out actions. Stretch out class combines breathing methods, Yoga, Dancing and Pilates to improve fitness, health and your overall flexibility.
